We are notified instantly when you register as a Premier Member, and we process your account right away.

If you paid by credit card you will have immediate access to your account. You can You can change anything on your profile, even your ID and password. Be sure to keep your email up to date.
 
Click the "Print Forms" button and print out your finance packet and also your customized credit application that you provide to your customers for financing. Also, copy and paste the "Finance Now" button (or any other "apply" or "finance" button) and the associated link onto your web site so your customers can see that you offer financing and have easy access to our on-line credit application.

How does the Cash Back for dealers work? Cash Rebate?
Dealers are rewarded for their efforts! Dealers can receive up to 1% cash back on each funded deal. Cash back can be received by dealers for only "Straight Financing" deals and "Business Financing" deals. Dealers must be registered at the Premier Level II or III to receive Cash Back. Some dealers receive several hundred dollars cash back each month! Cash Back begins when the dealer has successfully submitted and Access Equipment & Financing, LLC has received applications from dealer and the dealer has been funded one (1) finance contract by Access Equipment & Financing, LLC or its affiliates each month. How does the Financing Work?
Very simple! Premier Members receive a financing icon next to their dealership listing. Every visitor to the site (see previous question) where your dealership is listed will see your dealership and that you offer financing. Only Premier Members receive this icon! If your company has a web site, we provide a "Finance Now" button that you can place on your web site. This button links back to the Access Equipment & Financing, LLC, web site where the customer can receive all the necessary financing information to complete an on-line credit application. This is a very valuable tool to have on your web site! Visitors are surfing the internet at all times of the day. They visit your web site, see that you offer financing, and can instantly complete a credit application. Credit applications can also be taken over the phone, or they can be faxed in.
 
Once the application is submitted to Access Equipment & Financing, LLC, we immediately process the application and in most cases can have a credit decision before your dealership opens. Most credit decisions take less than 1 hour. Once the application is approved or denied we immediately contact you and the applicant.
 
The approved applicant is charged a $250 documentation fee only if they sign the finance contract. For example, the total equipment finance cost is $5000. There is a $250 documentation fee added to make the total finance amount $5250. The dealer sends us the invoice for $5000, we add the documentation fee to the contract, and we e-mail the completed contract to the dealer for the customer to sign. The dealer sends the necessary paperwork back to Access Equipment & Financing, LLC, for funding.

What are the different financing programs?
• Straight Financing available in all states for new and used equipment. Payments begin in 30 days from contract signing. Financing available up to 60 months. Loan amounts from $1,000 to $30,000. Dealer receives up to 1% cash back on each loan. No dealer recourse or fees.

• No Interest Loans Homeowner required. For new and used equipment. Available for 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Available in 23 States (See Below). Payments begin in 30 days from contract signing. Financing available up to 60 months. Loan amounts from $1,000 to $10,000. 90 Days No Interest is Free. Dealer has a participation fee for 6 months and 12 months No Interest programs. Dealer receives No cash back for these loans. No dealer recourse.

• No Credit Check programs available in all states accept LA, MN, MS, NJ, & WI. 12 monthly payments with a 90 day Same As Cash payout option. Applicant must be employed for the past 6 months with gross monthly income of $1,000. Must have an active bank account for at least 3 months with $500 per month in deposits, no negative balances or overdrafts in the past 30 days. Approval amounts based upon applicants income. NO Dealer charges or fees. No dealer recourse.

• Business Financing available in all 48 states. Loans from $10,000 to $150,000. Must be in business for at least 3 years. Payments can be monthly, annual & semi annual. Financing available up to 60 months. The first and last payment made in advance. Dealer receives up to $cfg_cash_back_percent% cash back on each loan. No dealer recourse or fees.

How long does the credit decision take?
Credit decisions usually take less than 25 minutes. However, sometimes the credit decision may take longer if the applicant has not properly completed the application or not provided enough information to make a credit decision. Access Equipment & Financing, LLC, contacts the dealer and the customer of the credit decision.

What are the key items needed on the credit application?
Some of the programs require the applicant to be a homeowner while other programs may not. Applicant should have monthly income of at least $1000. Personal address, Social Security, Date of Birth, and Job history are essentials for getting approved. In some cases it will be necessary to verify employment and income.

Will you send me blank credit applications for my customers to fill in?
Actually, no. There is no need to wait for us to send these to you. Premier Members can print blank credit applications customized with their dealership name, phone, and fax numbers. You can print as many of these as you need as often as necessary. Print your applications on one side, turn them over, and print the color brochure on the other side. Instantly, you have tri-fold brochures to hand out to your customers.
 
If your customer is not comfortable filling in an on-line application, or if they do not have time to complete an application in your office, they can complete it at home and fax it in using your customized credit application. Credit applications can also be taken over the phone.

How does the dealer get their loan money?
Once the necessary documents have been received, the dealer’s money is electronically deposited through ACH into the dealer’s bank account within 48 hours of receiving the documents. No credit check program deposits are made within 3 days.
 
To enable electronic deposit you will need to complete the electronic deposit form in the dealers financing packet, page 10. You will have access to this packet after your Premier Membership is activated.

What if I do not have a web site?
No problem. Your dealership will still be listed and advertised, and you can still provide financing - there just won't be a link from your ad to a web site.

How Do I receive Free Sales Leads?
As a Premier Member you receive “click throughs” from visitors directly to your web site. These can come from your Free Advertisement or from your dealership listing in the site. Standard members have no links to their web sites. Visitors can automatically visit your web site or call a toll-free phone number to your company that we provide at no cost to the dealer. Visitors can “Ask a Dealer” a question. This question is emailed to Premier Members in the geographic vicinity of the potential customer visiting the web site where your company is advertised. This question usually becomes a great lead.
